Electrical Equipment: Energy Internet of Things is Expected to Accelerate
The ninth instalment of new energy vehicles is recommended, and the double-pointing policy helps boost the development of the industry. On September 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the Catalogue of Recommended Vehicles for Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles (9th Batch for 2017), which includes a total of 251 models of 95 enterprises, including a total of 91 models of 235 models of electric vehicles and plug-in models. There are 13 models of 11 hybrids and 3 models of fuel cell products. The proportion of pure electric vehicles increased by 2.4 percentage points from the previous batch to 93.6%, and the proportion of pure electric vehicles increased significantly, reaching 43.83%. In addition, the recently-accepted "Measures for the concurrent management of the average fuel consumption of passenger vehicles and new energy vehicles' points" has been formally released. The measures are for passenger cars that are less than 30,000 in annual production or imports of conventional energy passenger vehicles. Requirement for setting the proportion of new energy vehicles is not set; if the number of new energy vehicles exceeds 30,000, the proportion of new energy vehicles will be set from 2019 onwards. In 2019 and 2020, the proportion of new energy vehicles will be 10% and 12%, respectively. The landing of the double-point system has stimulated the enthusiasm of electric vehicle manufacturers. On the other hand, it has also forced traditional car companies to accelerate the deployment of the electric vehicle industry. We remain cautiously optimistic about the new energy vehicle sector and continue to recommend Shanshangu, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, and Nuo. German shares, Wolong Electric, Nebula shares and so on.
The two ministries and commissions announced the promotion and construction plan of the energy consumption online monitoring system, and the construction of energy internet of things is expected to accelerate. Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission jointly issued a notice with the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on the issuance of the Work Plan for the Promotion and Construction of the On-line Monitoring System for Energy Consumption of Key Energy-using Units. It also proposed to speed up the construction of on-line monitoring systems for key energy-using units, improve the energy measurement system, and increase energy consumption. The “Double Control” situation analysis and forecasting and early warning of total volume and intensity will promote the completion of the “dual control” target task. The plan proposes that the target is to establish a monitoring system that connects the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), relevant departments, and industry data sharing to the end of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period. The monitoring system adopts the framework of “National Platform + Provincial Platform + Critical Energy Unit Access System”, focusing on energy consumption monitoring data uploaded to the provincial level platform and uploaded by the provincial platform to the national platform; Provincial-level platform, the key energy-consuming unit end-to-end energy consumption monitoring data is directly uploaded to the national platform; national and provincial platforms realize data synchronization and data interaction. The promotion and construction plan has determined the national, provincial, and united three-tier system architecture, and made it clear that all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) must coordinate the implementation of monitoring system construction and operation and maintenance funds, ensure that the system is completed on schedule and after completion, it will operate stably. On the premise of ensuring information security, all regions are encouraged to explore the use of government procurement services to carry out the construction and operation maintenance of provincial-level platforms and key energy-consuming units' access terminals. The National Development and Reform Commission arranges for investment within the budget of the Central Government depending on the situation and provides necessary subsidies for the construction of monitoring systems in various regions. We believe that the country is undergoing a strategic upgrade and transformation of energy refinement management. The resulting demand for the procurement and data platform of the Internet of Things (IoT) and data platform construction and operation and maintenance are worthy of attention. We expect that the next three years will be the golden period for the construction of online monitoring systems. Investment at the national and regional levels is expected to accelerate. First, it is recommended to pay attention to national and provincial energy monitoring platform builders Guodian Nanrui and Zhongheng Electric, followed by suggestions for Haixing. Power, Juhua Technology, Zhiguang Electric, etc.
